1. Acceptance of Terms

By using DotaMirror, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. DotaMirror is operated by Marble Digital s.r.o., Trenčín, Slovakia.

2. Description of Service

DotaMirror provides AI-powered analysis of Dota 2 match data. You provide a Match ID, and our system fetches publicly available match data from OpenDota and generates a coaching report using AI.

3. Accounts

  • You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use this service.

4. Free and Paid Plans

  • Free plan: 1 match analysis at no cost, no credit card required.
  • Pro plan: €9/month, unlimited match analyses. Billed monthly via Stripe.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the billing period.
  • We do not offer refunds for partial months.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service to scrape or resell data
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or abuse the API
  • Create multiple free accounts to circumvent the free tier limit
  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

DotaMirror is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the AI analysis is accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. Match data is sourced from OpenDota and may occasionally be unavailable or incomplete.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Marble Digital s.r.o. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of DotaMirror.

8. Intellectual Property

Dota 2 and related trademarks are property of Valve Corporation. DotaMirror is not affiliated with or endorsed by Valve Corporation.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at kontakt@marble-digital.sk.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Trenčín, Slovakia.
